Consent to the processing of personal data

By joining this Agreement and leaving your data on the website Skybuss.ru (hereinafter referred to as the «Site») by filling out an application form or placing an order, the User confirms the following:

  • The personal data specified on the Site belongs to him personally.
  • He has carefully read this Agreement, fully understands it and accepts the terms of processing personal data.
  • He understands all the provisions of the Agreement and the procedure for handling personal data.
  • He gives consent to the processing of his personal data for the purposes of registering on the Site and receiving services.
  • He accepts the terms of data processing without restrictions and reservations.

The User confirms that gives consent voluntarily, consciously and in his/her own interests, in accordance with clause 3, part 1, article 3 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data».

Personal data subject to processing:

  • Last name, first name, patronymic
  • Contact phone numbers
  • E-mail addresses

The Skybuss.ru website has the right to perform the following actions:

  • Collection and storage
  • Clarification, updating, modification
  • Use for registration and provision of services
  • Delete upon expiration of the storage period
  • Transfer to third parties by law (including at the request of the court) when protecting against unauthorized access

Consent is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and can be revoked by the User by sending a notification to the e-mail: hello@skybuss. The review is prepared in accordance with the requirements of Article 14 of the Law «On Personal Data».

The Site is not responsible for the actions of third parties who have gained access to the information posted by the User, including its distribution, if this occurred without the Site violating the requirements of the law.

The Site reserves the right to change this Agreement. The current version is always posted at: https://gotham-code.com/agreement. The new version comes into force from the moment of publication, unless otherwise specified in it.

The legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Agreement.
